IN THE TEACHING AND FITNESS POOLS ON

SATURDAY 22^ND OCTOBER 2011.

WHAT TIME? SESSION 1 17.00hrs to 17.55.

SESSION 2 18.00hrs to 18.55.

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST? For fully paid up members who have lessons (including adults) and Squad Members, NO payment is required.

Social swimmers and guest of members will be asked to pay their usual fee.

WHO WILL BE TAKING THE SESSIONS? The lovely Sarah and Suzanne!

Both are qualified ASA Aqua Aerobics Instructors.

Parents, members of your family and carers are invited to join us. All we ask is that you make a small donation of £2 to the Phoenix.

Those members who do not wish to take part in either of the Aqua Aerobics sessions will have the use of the Diving Pit.
